2025年8月8日（金）19時26分に当ホテルの客室から出火するという事案が発生いたしました。
当ホテルをご利用のお客様、近隣住民の皆様ならびに関係者の皆様に多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけいたしましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

自動火災報知設備が発報後、ホテルスタッフが直ちに当該客室に向かい、消火器による消火活動により鎮火にいたりました。またお客様やスタッフにけが人等は発生していないことも確認しております。

現在は所轄消防署による出火の原因特定を行っておりますが、モバイルバッテリーの充電中による出火が疑われております。 ご宿泊の際には、客室不在時の充電行為はお控えいただきますとともに、ご使用中の充電機器の安全確認を改めてお願いするよう消防署より指導を受けております。ご理解、ご協力のほど何卒お願い申し上げます。

Apology and Notice Regarding Fire Accident

We regret to inform you that a fire broke out in a guest room at our hotel at 19:26 on Friday, August 8th.We would like to offer our deepest apologies to our hotel guests, local residents, and all other parties concerned for the inconvenience caused.

After the automatic fire alarm system activated, hotel staff immediately responded to the scene and extinguished the fire using fire extinguishers. Additionally, guests on the affected floor and those who noticed the alarm were temporarily evacuated outside of the hotel, but we can confirm that no guests were injured.

The local fire department is currently investigating the cause of the fire, but it is suspected to have been caused by a mobile battery charging. The fire department has instructed us to request guests to refrain from charging devices when they are not in their rooms and to confirm the safety of any devices they are using.
